North Korea has tested a banned intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) for the first time since 2017, according to South Korea’s informations; the missile fell in Japanese commercial waters after flying 1.100 km (684 miles) in a little more than an hour.
A ICBM can travel thousands of kilometres on a standard trajectory, and could theoretically reach the US. According to japanese officials the missile reached an altitude of more than 6.000 metres and it’s the last launch of a flurry of missile nort korean’s tests in the last few recent weeks.
The UN, BBC informed, prohibits North Korea from ballistic and nuclear weapons tests, and has imposed strict sanctions after previous tests.
